Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship primarily via USPS and offer several shipping options at checkout, including USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and package size.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $200 and above.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Packaging
All items are securely packaged to protect your gear during transit. We may reuse clean, recycled packaging materials whenever possible to reduce waste.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Issues
Hawaii Film Store LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
