WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY ORDER?
Sometimes confirmation emails can take a few minutes to arrive or may end up in your spam or promotions folder. Please double-check those first. If you still don’t see an email after 15–30 minutes, reach out to us with your name and order details, we’ll confirm your purchase and resend the email right away.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Orders can usually be canceled within a short window after purchase, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet. If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but we can help with a return once it arrives.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We offer 30-day returns on all orders. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received. Just contact us with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States at this time.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We’re based on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. We operate online only and don’t have a physical storefront, but all orders ship directly from our location here in Hawaiʻi.
